1. No Refunds, No Returns
By placing an order with Ovelle ("we," "us," "our"), you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final. We do not accept product returns and do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with fit or style.
Because our products are intimate apparel (shapewear, underwear, and similar items), they cannot be resold once opened or worn, which is why we maintain a strict all-sales-final policy. We encourage you to carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, and images before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we still want you to receive the item you ordered in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review these cases individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit for verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors on our part. This is not a guarantee of remedy in every case, and does not apply to normal wear, misuse, or issues related to sizing or personal preference.
3. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our all-sales-final policy applies.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered as described, without first contacting us to resolve the issue, may result in the cancellation of any pending orders and restrictions on future purchases.
5. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy overrides any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement. Where local law requires a right to return, refund, or repair, we will comply with that law to the extent it applies.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order will govern that order.
