1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States. Available destinations are shown at checkout before you complete payment. We reserve the right to limit or suspend shipping to certain regions due to carrier restrictions or other logistics issues.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is varied depending on stock and product, for domestic orders — delays caused by customs processing, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. Any current free-shipping promotions and their conditions will be noted on our homepage or at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow its progress.
7. Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, contact us with your order number within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and determine next steps.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact us with your order number. We'll review the case and work with you on a resolution.
9. Shipping Address Changes
We can update your shipping address only before an order has shipped. Once an order is dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address, so please double-check your details before checking out.
